At CleanVid, we value your privacy above all else. When you upload a video or image to our service, it is processed securely in temporary server memory.
We do not store, save, or archive your media. Immediately after the watermark removal process is complete and you download your file, both the original file and the processed result are permanently deleted from our servers.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number.
We use Vercel Analytics to collect basic, anonymized web traffic data (such as page views and browser types) to help us improve the performance and usability of our website. We also log IP addresses temporarily solely for the purpose of rate-limiting to prevent abuse of our free servers.
Our backend runs on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Render and Cloudflare. These services comply with strict data protection standards and act only as temporary conduits for your processing requests.
